According to Sara Gregory at the Virginian-Pilot, the Norfolk school board does not appear to be moving towards bringing students back to school anytime soon.
Gregory wrote that the members of the board also did not appear to show support of the plan offered by the superintendent that would implement a hybrid schedule.
