VA-02

Rep. Jen Kiggans (R) will be running for re-election after first winning the seat by defeating Rep. Elaine Luria (D) in 2022.

  • Missy Cotter Smasal (D) raised $110,672 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $93,850 cash on hand.
  • Kiggans (R) raised $399,686 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $1,504,729 cash on hand.

VA-05

In what may be an actual competitive primary of an incumbent, state Sen. John McGuire (R) slightly outraised Rep. Bob Good (R) in VA-05.

  • McGuire raised $212,422 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $204,924 cash on hand.
  • Good raised $205,305 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $269,661 cash on hand.

VA-07

Democrats are competing for an open VA-07 seat after Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D) announced she would not be running for reelection this year to instead run for the Democratic nomination for governor.

The Democrats:

  • Eugene Vindman raised $2,029,813 during the final quarter of 2023 and reported $1,095,983 cash on hand.
  • Margaret Franklin raised $122,894 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $115,309 cash on hand.
  • Del. Briana Sewell reported $101,354 raised in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $97,201 cash on hand.
  • Del. Elizabeth Guzman raised $43,589 in the final quarter of 2023 and reported $42,145 cash on hand.

The top Republicans who are seeking the nomination:

  • Derrick Anderson reported $300,989. raised in the final quarter with $328,402 cash on hand.
  • Cameron Hamilton raised $164,983 in the final quarter with $95,161 cash on hand.
  • John Prabhudoss raised $18,835 in the final quarter with $100,137 cash on hand. He gave himself a loan of $81,317.
  • Jonathon Myers raised $10,591 in the final quarter with $13,639 cash on hand.

VA-10

Rep. Jennifer Wexton won VA-10 by seven points in 2022. She announced last year that she will not be seeking reelection in 2024 due to a medical diagnosis. Several Democrats are seeking the nomination.

  • Dan Helmer raised $601,059 in the final quarter with $538,788 cash on hand. He loaned himself $21,100.
  • Eileen Filler-Corn: raised $385,605 in the final quarter with $293,020 cash on hand.
  • Suhas Subramanyam raised $271,902 in the final quarter with $242,349 in cash on hand.
  • Jennifer Boysko: $201,402 in the final quarter with $156,931 cash on hand
  • Atif Qarni: $132,397 in the final quarter with $181,053 cash on hand. He loaned himself $50,000.
  • David Reid raised $123,716 in the final quarter with $104,565 cash on hand.
  • Travis Nembhard raised $61,943 in the final quarter with $59,627 cash on hand
  • Michelle Maldonado raised $38,960 in the final quarter with $37,662 in cash on hand.
